They are commonly found in the Blackwood forest in particular, but are also fairly common all along the Niben River, the Nibenay Basin, and the Nibenay Valley. Generally, they are more common the farther south along the Niben. What is troll fat? WebbPresuming Oblivion because why not: He's supposed to be a charismatic trickster, so Illusion, Speechcraft, Stealth and Mercantile is a good start. However, he also has the crafty warrior aspect so you may want to combine that with Blunt and Heavy Armour.

This should cause the quest to progress as usual. A bug noted in the UESP just save and reload.
