WebbInitial Layer Flow: 150% Retraction: 6 mm @ 40 mm/s (Is this too fast for retraction? thinking of moving to 30 or 25 mm/s) Initial Layer Speed: 22 mm/s (Probably too slow - thinking of moving up to 30 mm/s) Initial Layer Travel: 60 mm/s (Does this even matter? Could I make it 100?) Initial Fan Speed: 0% Raft Speed Base 30 mm/s 23 21 comments WebbNope. Regardless of what layer height I am printing with I usually stick with a 0.24mm initial layer height for a 0.4mm nozzle. The exception is for PETG which tends to build up on around the nozzle during the first layer. For PETG I like a first layer height of 0.28mm which seems to help with the build-up issue PETG is known for.

Webb22 dec. 2024 · One small difference is that changing the initial layer line width alters the number of lines used to print the brim but changing the initial layer flow does not. A … WebbIt also gives the benefit of giving more tolerance for the levelness of the bed. It is recommended to raise the first layer height to match the diameter of the nozzle, e.g. a first layer height of 0.35mm for a 0.35mm nozzle. Note: The first layer height is set this way automatically in simple mode. Fatter extrusion width. umberhallow the extinguished

WebbThe aim of this study was to investigate the individual impact on wine molecules as tannins, pectins and mannoproteins on multichannel ceramic membrane fouling during wine cross-flow microfiltration. The characterization of fouling mechanisms involved in the previous filtrations was realized by using the classical fouling models and the analysis of the total … Webb2 maj 2024 · The aim of this paper is to investigate the linear and weakly nonlinear dynamics in flow over a flat-plate with leading edge. Linear optimal and suboptimal inflow perturbations are obtained using a Lagrangian multiplier technique. thor kissing
