WebAnnoying because I have no valid ID at the moment. I emailed after 3 weeks because the website says it’ll be 2 weeks. I got an auto response saying they are taking 4-6 weeks. Emailed after 7 weeks, auto response now says 8-10 weeks. I’ve never got through on phone or web chat, but I have had a call back before when I’ve sent an email.
