Whenever I visited my sister, I felt silly for not considering going to Cal State San Marcos. It's a beautiful smaller campus as well, perfect for someone whose a little more shy. Also, I don’t think they allow junior-senior transfers, you have to complete at least two years at LB to get your degree.
